Every tee is printed and sent to you directly by our supplier, so it comes from overseas rather than from a warehouse in New Zealand.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within about 2 weeks. Each product page shows an “arrives by” date worked out from the day you order. Occasionally a parcel takes longer, especially around Christmas and Chinese New Year.
If you order more than one item, they may come in separate parcels on different days.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can also see it under My account.

Please check your address
Your order is sent from overseas within hours of you placing it, so please double-check your delivery address before you pay. If something is wrong, contact us straight away.
Customs and duty
Orders to New Zealand are low-value goods with GST already included in the price, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Customers outside New Zealand may have local import charges, which are the customer’s to pay.
