We want you to be happy with your tee. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and tell us what happened. A photo helps.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your tee arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, if you tell us within 14 days of receiving them. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Return postage is the customer’s cost, and the item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the returned item.
